Suffolk police asking public to identify jewelry recovered in investigation – The Virginian-Pilot

Police are asking the public to help identify several pieces of jewelry they have recovered after a burglary investigation that led to an arrest.

Police have been investigating a series of burglaries in neighborhoods in the Holland and Holy Neck areas between Aug. 1 and Sept. 3, officials said in a news release Monday.

On Sept. 23, a person was arrested and charged in connection with a residential burglary. Police did not release more information about the arrest.

During the investigation, more than a dozen jewelry items that are believed to be stolen were seized.

Police hope the public can help identify the pieces. Anyone who recognizes the jewelry should contact Detective Sergey Solodyankin at 757-514-7868.
