Craft festival expected to draw thousands – WANE

FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) Thousands of craft lovers are expected to fill up the Grand Wayne Center for the first-ever Annie’s Craft Festival.

The three day festival will feature classes taught by instructors in crochet, knitting, quilting, sewing, card making, cross-stitch, beading, floral arranging, painting and more. A shopping area will also offer a wide variety of craft merchandise, demonstrations, lectures and free “learn-to” opportunities.

Annie’s is one of the largest and most diverse sources of craft designs, instruction and supplies in the U.S. The company is known for its craft website and companion catalogs, craft books and magazines.

The festival will also include a Gala Dinner with New York Times #1 best-selling author Debbie Macomber as keynote speaker and a Halloween Cocktail & Crafts Party.
